Efficient habitat does all the usual compliance things like energy assessments, but what we want to do is help home owners, designers and builders to understand building performance better, do some analysis, and then make informed choices about how to make homes more efficient.

We love doing the analysis- but people don’t talk about having a more energy efficient home once it is built- they talk about how comfortable it is and how nice a place to live it is. As one client said to us: ‘We don’t need go on holidays any more as we just love our home and how it feels.
